UPDATE 2027
LASSMANN EDUCATION – UPDATE Symposium
Lassmann Education (formerly Master Level) is proud to present the UPDATE SYMPOSIUM – one of the most important educational events for dentists who want to stay current with the rapidly evolving world of modern dentistry.
It brings together experienced clinicians, renowned lecturers, and people passionate about continuous growth, who come to share their knowledge, experience, and inspiration drawn from everyday practice. UPDATE is a space where theory meets practice, and where the latest trends and solutions are presented by experts who actively apply them in their own clinics.
This is an event created for people who refuse to stand still – for those who seek new perspectives, value the exchange of experience, and believe that professional development is a lifelong process. Beyond its rich program of content, UPDATE is also a unique opportunity to build relationships, make new connections, and talk with people who share the same passion for dentistry.
Join us and spend this event among the people who are shaping the direction of contemporary dentistry. Get inspired, broaden your horizons, and return to your practice with new energy, motivation, and knowledge you can put to use in your everyday work.
A couple of small notes: I rendered “lekarzy dentystów” as “dentists” (natural in English; “dental practitioners” is an option if you want it more formal), and “gabinet” as “clinic”/”practice” depending on flow. If this is for a specific audience (e.g. UK vs US English) or you’d like a punchier, shorter marketing version, I can adjust.

“Look deep into nature, and then you will understand everything better.” — Albert Einstein
The most beautiful restorations are rarely created by copying other restorations. They are created by understanding nature itself.
This lecture explores the tooth as a living optical structure, using 3D digital visualisation, clinical photography, microscopy and restorative concepts to reveal how enamel, dentine, light and anatomy interact to create natural beauty.
Using advanced CGI visualisations and microscopic imagery, delegates will gain a unique perspective of dental structures that are normally invisible to the naked eye. By exploring enamel prisms, dentine architecture, light propagation and the subtle details that define natural teeth, participants will develop a deeper understanding of colour, form and optics, transforming the way they observe and recreate nature in daily practice.
Delegates will learn how to analyse teeth in three dimensions, understand the optical behaviour of natural tissues, and translate these observations into predictable restorative outcomes. Through a series of step-by-step clinical cases, practical protocols and layering strategies, the principles of recreating nature will be applied to both simple and highly aesthetic restorative challenges.
From shade selection and optical integration to morphology, texture and surface refinement, this presentation provides a practical framework for creating restorations that blend seamlessly with nature.
Learning Objectives
1. Understand the three-dimensional architecture of enamel and dentine, and how ageing influences colour, value, translucency and optical behaviour.
2. Learn how to analyse and visualise tooth anatomy in three dimensions to improve diagnosis, treatment planning and restorative predictability.
3. Understand the interaction of light with dental tissues and how this knowledge can be applied to shade selection, layering strategies and material selection.
4. Develop a systematic approach to recreating natural anatomy, texture and morphology in both direct and indirect restorations.
5. Apply practical clinical workflows and restorative techniques to achieve aesthetic outcomes that harmonise with nature.
